Descent
SG-1 and Jacob Carter board an abandoned Goa'uld mothership after it mysteriously arrives in Earth space. However, the ship swiftly becomes a death trap and they must escape before it crashes into the ocean.

Frozen
While in Antarctica (the site where the second Stargate was discovered back in the episode "Solitudes") a team of scientists uncover a woman frozen in the ice. After SG-1 travels to Antarctica to further investigate, while there they are infected with a mysterious disease. O'Neill nearly dies and is offered a Tok'ra symbiote in order to survive.

Nightwalkers
Major Carter, Teal'c , and Jonas Quinn investigate the death of a scientist with apparent connections to the Goa'uld. While looking for answers in a small town where he lived, they discover that the town's inhabitants have all been used as part of a top secret NID rogue experiment.

Jack O'Neill is captured and tortured by the Go'auld, Baal for information only he contains. He manages to hold on with the aid of Daniel who comes to help him, despite being in ascended form, until the rest of SG-1 can mount a rescue. Special guest appearance by Michael Shanks.

Shadow Play
SG-1 returns to Jonas' home planet after representatives ask for help in preventing an impending war. It turns out they are about to use a weapon of mass destruction in a preemptive strike, and SG-1 tries to stop them. Meanwhile Quinn's mentor (Dean Stockwell), who they believed to be a reliable informant, is slowly going mad.

The Other Guys

Allegiance
A group of rebel Jaffa and a group of Tok'ra (who have only just arrived after fleeing a Goa'uld attack) struggle to form an alliance with the help of SG-1 when they meet on Earth's new offworld base. Tensions soon mount between the two factions when a number of mysterious murders begin to occur. It is not until they realize that an invisible enemy assassin is in their midst, that they are able to set aside their differences and begin to work together.

Cure
A new alien world and potential ally offers to give SG-1 a powerful new medicine, one with the ability to cure any illness. Only catch, it's made from what they believe are the larva of a Goa'uld only it turns out to be the original creator of the Tok'ra's.

Prometheus (Part One)
A reporter threatens to expose the SGC project to the world. SG-1 attempts to dissuade her when ordered to give her a tour of the X-303 space ship and information about the Goa'uld threat. However, it turns out that she is only a pawn in a much larger plot formed by Colonel Simmons and Adrian Conrad to steal the ship.

Unnatural Selection (Part Two)
SG-1 are called on to use the X-303 by the Asgard to help defend them and the galaxy from an increased Replicator threat after the Asgard's attempt to contain them in a time bubble goes horribly wrong.

Sight Unseen
After bringing a piece of alien technology to Earth, Jonas Quinn and then the rest of the members of the SGC begin to see disturbing alien creatures. SG-1 must figure out how to stop it, especially when the visions begin to leak into the civilian population beyond the base.

Smoke And Mirrors
Senator Kinsey is assasinated and Colonel Jack O'Neill is arrested as the prime suspect. However, it turns out it's all part of a rogue NID plot to take down Kinsey and SG-1. Carter, Teal'c, and Quinn must act fast to uncover the conspiracy and clear O'Neill's name .

Paradise Lost

Metamophosis
A Russian team comes through the Stargate with the news that the Goa'uld Nurrti has returned to conducting human experimentation on another planet's population. Feeling partially responsible (see events in "Rite of Passage" of how Nurrti got away) SG-1 tries to help the inhabitants, but soon find themselves the ones in need of rescue.

Disclosure
General Hammond and SG-1 must defend the Stargate program when the Pentagon is forced to reveal the existance of the SGC and the gate technology to the other governments of Earth.
